Company Background:
TransWorld Network, Corp is a communication services company deploying in rural areas across the United States. We partner with rural power companies (REMCs) to deliver services to their members. We currently are in the process of building out fixed wireless broadband solutions with a number of our partners and we are looking for individuals who can join our growing team and provide valuable experience and expertise.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Verify and/or record check payment data into computer
Additional Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Pick up and/or drop off mail, make bank deposits, etc.
- Other accounting and administrative support functions as determined by manager.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in written and spoken English to handle customer inquiries
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within field
Other Considerations:
- Works Monday through Friday, 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Overtime may be required.
- Must have reliable transportation to pick up mail, make bank deposits, etc.
