Company Background:
TransWorld Network, Corp is a communication services company deploying in rural areas across the United States. We partner with rural power companies (REMCs) to deliver services to their members. We currently are in the process of building out fixed wireless broadband solutions with a number of our partners and we are looking for individuals who can join our growing team and provide valuable experience and expertise.
Job Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and written inquiries from potential and existing customers about TWN products and services.
- Establish new accounts and respont to billing and service inquiries.
- As required, place outbound calls to resolve/follow-up on customer issues.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance objectives, including but not limited to:
- Achieving a daily manned time goal of 7.5 hours
- Achieving a daily not ready goal of 15 minutes or less
- Achieving an average score of 85% or higher on quality audits
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with other projects as requested, including but not limited to opening checks and processing returned mail.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English to handle customer inquiries
- Stong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiar with Windows 2000
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels and contribute to a team environment
Preferred Skills, Experience & Education:
- Telecom experience is a plus
Other Considerations:
- Call Center hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 11:00 pm and Saturdays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. CSRs work 40 hrs/wk. Overtime may be required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
